Is There a Policy Shift in the Money Supply?

I think it's one of those things where, in the near term, it won't have a significant effect around the margins. Money supply is flat to down over the past year after being explosively up over the past two years. And I think we're going to be kind of in this period for a while until there's another policy shift.
