The Importance of Trust in Creativity

I was thinking of all the times that good idea has been encumbered by someone says yeah but can you just add this. Does it mean that creativity is far more solitary than committee based? I wonder if in its essence we sort of need to trust people by giving more faith to creative people rather than by land committees to intervene. The real creativity comes from spotting it so whatever situation you need to be in and it changes every time. Sometimes I get my pub up in the committee idea, my pub up on my own, I find showers are really good,.
