No one is arguing that we shouldn't be supporting Ukrainians as huge public support for that. About 350,000 non-EU nationals came to study in the UK last year. And then there were 200,000 work visas, of which half of them are for health and social care. When you look at it like that, when there's solid reasons for each group, it's quite hard to generate much anger around it.
