Dover, MA - Frank Rapp's Permit to Dump Trash in a Dover Dumpstar

A fire broke out in a dumpstar approximately 200 feet from frank and susan nichtar's dover home. Amongst the ash were burnt remnants of some women's clothing. No human remains were found.
