The board is the, is the governing body for openn i l p. And that the board has a duty to fulfil the mission of the non profit. Now, there's a question of how do people who in some ways are the most empowered ones? How does any company's values get actualized at opening eye? A lot of that comes down to that you need people who are here because they really believe in that missiond and will take actions that maybe are worse for them, but are better for the charter.
