Using Semantic Versioning, You Can Safely Update Patch Versions

Is it necessary that everybody up grade to zero zero two right around the same time, or can we slow roll it out? This is the classic question that i think every company runs into, not just with infresector code, but with anything. The answer comes down to, as always, it depends ahem. So what does it depend on? One factor is, what kind of a change is it? If, for example, the central team released a security patch, and it's patching something critical from a security perspective, you ourse want everybody to pick up that change as soon as humaly possible. And now it comes down to,. what are the trade offs?
