How to Calculate the Top Percentile of a Property's Cash Flow
We have underlying feeds with every MLS. We aggregate all of that data into our backend. And then we're able to estimate based off of the property attributes, what the closest we can get to of how much revenue we think that property will perform at. Is the system perfect? No, it's not, but what it does allow us to do is to focus our time. It's like looking for a needle and a haystack. We find those needles and then we hand them to you.
