They are empowering banks and financial technology companies to offer their own bit coin products and services. In theory, bit coin being this hyperportable, hyper convertible money would just let people economize their votes of no confidence against those types of regimes. But t ickif the populace knows that there's an upper bound of available money they're not going to give up their money for something like this.
