The Benefits of Saunas

There is biological plausibility, probably lowers blood pressure a little bit. Probably improves cardiorespiratory fitness to a little bit if it increases your heart rate as much as they allude to in some of those observational studies. Is it replace exercise? No, there's no data, obviously, to support that. So it's not something that I'm going to commonly recommend, but I don't see any harm to it for the best.
