i imagine there's a lot of ansilary things that are involved in the process, right? You want the offence of line to be good. You want them to have running game. You want the coach and the coaching staff to be in place for an extended period of time. Yes, what did you look for? This is a loaded question, i'm sure, and probably provides the opportunityo give a really long winded answer.
