A study by a group of researchers looked at these sleep trackers, sleep watches. They found that when they showed some people had poor night's sleep, mood like was significantly worse. Even if the device is a hundred % accurate, it's not actually going to do anything. If you wake up and your device says you got four hours of shoody sleep, what are you going to d like, haveng it ruined your day? I'm not encouraging drinking, but i think stressing about having three or four beers a week is probably worse for your overall health than actually having the 3 or 4 beers a week.
