Food Addiction Is a Hard Addiction to Break

I was interesting as my parents thought I was an atheist because I started just maybe researching a little bit about Buddhism and stuff. It's not that I do not believe in God and that I'm not a Christian it's just I feel that that religion has put a lot of judgment on people which bothers me a lot. You have to make a decision every day of what you put in your mouth and who's in charge of that we are yeah but my sense is your education is helping people to discern what to put in their mind in their mouth and what to do in their their bodies.
