Keeping the Work Humane

I think it's important to signify that even if there can be drastic moments of changing things and changing course that the appreciation of value of the design work that came before is signaled. I've been really appreciating the panelists talking about keeping the work humane and trying to make sure that the teams can keep moving. There are other decision makers but you know just making sure you have really strong connection points between a team like a regulatory team and a sprint team to limit the flow of updates  that is going to demoralize the team.
