How to Be a Product Leader
product people want is to understand what the problem is and not just be requirement jockeys or to taking feature requests and dealing with them. I always ask the product team to go to the leadership and ask them for the deck that they've been preparing quarterly to the board because any VC backed startup always has a deck that they need to basically show on a quarterly basis to the board members. That pretty much is the high-level strategy for the company this is which direction we're going here's the missionHere's the strategic things our differentiators etc and that's food for the product team.
