What Does This Mean for Teacher Education?
There is an untapped thing everywhere of being more concrete and giving more concrete examples. People just won't do it and they jump to abstraction a really cool book that I read years ago that's like influenced me forever was the Heath Brothers who wrote Made to Stick. If you're doing teacher education stuff like give a load of concrete examples and then talk about the principles rather than the other way around don't expect your teachers to be able to identify what a concrete version is if you don't show them yeah.
