George Goldner's Life and Career

George Goldner was the owner of a chain of nightclubs which featured Latin music. He got into R&B through the Mambo craze, most notably early recordings by Tito Puente. But at the time he was also working for George Goldner at Rama Records as a talent skeleton producer. Most people in the music industry seemed to have a certain amount of contempt for him.
