Is It in Light or in Shadow?

So looking at cuties and blue and we'll link to this in the show notes painting of some oranges and a blue glass bowl. Could you talk about the different kinds of light and shadow happening in this painting? Sure so I have this setup on a low height table it's actually a box with a drawing board on top of it that would be at about knee height for me probably and I've lit it with a spotlight. The biggest one in this piece is the cast shadow of the glass on the ground but really there's nothing you need to know about it that will help you paint it.
