In the book, you talk a lot about certain patterns that we get when we're young. What did you see in the study of people who could sort of leave that behind or were able to respond differently? I think we saw that some people could really be open to new experiences to, to a next relationship not being like the last one. One of the ways that people overcome some of these past traumas is through good relationships in the present.
