The apprenticeship scheme is the jewel in our crown with United in design. An individual gets to spend three months at four companies that paid a salary, a full-time salary equivalent to a junior starting salary and design for that year. And each pool of companies is made up of typically a supplier or two and then a design studio or two. We've got landscape designers, lighting designers, visualizers and CGI creators,. architectural studios, rug suppliers, paint companies.
