There is a very strong financial case for this, and so if you can lead with that, I think often that's the right entry point into just like stop yelling at people. And there's research on that too, like hedge fund managers who are not punitive, actually their teams have better returns. So even these roles that we think, like you need to be bold and brash, it's still better if you're kinder and supportive.
