Disorganized means somebody lacks organization skills. When they're disorganized, everything tends to fall apart. The opposite of disorganized is well organized. A well organized person is a dream. Meetings run on time, and, more importantly, end on time. Even simple things like using the google calendar to get yourself organized so you are not late for appointments.
