The Lord's Coming Upon the Babylonians
Babylon has been defined by its might, and its proud sense of a lack of any limitations upon its desires. The Lord is going to bring judgment on this lion of Babylon, just as he brought judgment upon Assyria. But now Babylon's turn has come and the Lord will restore Israel and Judah to their pasture.
