For the Conservative, the theory comes afterwards. The Theory explains why you did what you did. Whereas for the left, the theory come first. And is the commander action? Ah, I don't know whether I agree with that either. But I do think that we are rational creatures and therefore it is completely legitimate for the conservative also to have his own theories. He will be less heavy-handed with them. He won't fetishise theory completely irrespective of an independent of practice. Workability, practicality is also important.
