The Importance of Probiotics

Everything you eat is a food source for the bacteria. Certain species in certain phyla that preferentially digestor or survive on certain types of fats and lipids. And so as your dietary profile changes, even on a day to day basis, the bacteria that are also feeding on those byproducts are going to change in response. The implications of different types of diets, like animal rich diets and then plant based diets and I'm, you know, those different things we're consuming.
