We don't need as many local workers. Factories are geting shipped over seas and so forth. So what do we actually need? Whell we need managers. Swe need bureaucrats. We need people with college degrees to kind of work at the headquarters and kind of deal with the paper work and so on. And where are those jobs? Well, they're in new york,. They're in los angeles and seattle and chicago, a few places. People crowd into those places to try to get the jobsthas where the economic activityeis concentrated. Those places become incredibly expensive to live. It's emy it's incredibly difficult to do.
