The Importance of Culture in the Workplace

I think we can't make, you know, very clear and definite statements about things when really we don't have a lot of high quality evidence about some of these things. So yeah, I guess my intention is not to make people feel hopeless by any means whether they are clinicians or patients themselves. It's really to remain aware of some of these uncertainties and still attempt to provide some guidance based on the things that we can be a bit more certain about such as red flags.
