CNN's Kelly Wallace sat down with Dr. Sanjay Gupta to talk about the benefits of eating in a six-to-nine hour window and what would be the gold standard for most people. She says that type of approach improves fertility and improves blood sugar levels, even helps people with type two diabetes produce more insulin. On days where she eats dinner like a popper, usually I'm just eating a large salad or something, like 200 calories or something like that with my family.
