Relaxation Can Help With Nausea
Breathing really helps with nausea. It really helps loosen up. And taking deep breaths like loose your chest so that the nausea will lessen, and overall, you just feel more calm. Reaching out at specific times of the day is a great way to stay connected with your significant other while having a busy schedule. I know i have had moments where i've been really busy, or my significant others have been really busy. And it's not like i have multiple, or have ever had multiple at once, but you know what i'm fucking saying, ok?
