The Importance of Oath in the 21st Century
I'm sure there'll be lots of people saying this is outdated, nonsense and rubbish. It's all ancient pageantry that points to empire and a military past. I think it's crucial because we have to come back to that oath element. The way we demonstrate authority is by putting something shiny on our heads. And also for a fresh start, a new beginning. This is a new reign, new era. But I come back to the law and justice. I think that's the reason to have this."
