How Do You Navigate a Courtroom?

Alabama is a one-party state, which means you can record conversations. I tell my clients to record everything because like Jeff said, they will lie. What I have found in my career, women tend to be better actors than men. Women can turn on the tears. We can't change your story. It is what it is. So when you're navigating through the courtroom, especially as a man, you do not want to be in a he-said-she-said position. You will lose every time. And for that reason, there are some mental health professionals that won't speak to me unless it's in writing. Which, by the way, I prefer that anyway.
