Is Amazon More Likely to Shut Down a Warehouse?
Workers at a delivery station in queens last winter, they showed up to work in a blizzard. They were like, no, need to pay us to go home. And they said, no. And eventually they got sent home without pay. Amazon also told me that during hurricane ita, that they did shut down some facilities. But we also know that in many cases from work experiences who were in thein the warehouses that stad open, that they didn't shut them down.
