When abamer came in, he introduced more drone. There were more drone attacks a and i guess the biggest concern at that time was conducting raids in rural areas. And there was definitely much attention and more focus on building the justice sector in afghanistan. It is a mal dominated country, so the men actually have it easier than the women,. whereas for the women, it needs, you know, people need to step up.
