The Importance of Side Hustles in the Workplace
I think that if this person is doing their job and doing it well, they should have some flexibility to be able to do things on the side as long as they don't overdo it. Those workplaces that sort of get out of this nine to five mentality and embrace side hustle are really going to be one of the first areas to look at things differently. And those that do will find Gen Z as we're for sure go somewhere else.
