We're not 100% sure right now based on the studies, which probiotic should I be taking if I'm anxious? What about if I'm just tired all the time? What about when I'm perimenopausal? Because all of that data, we have that data about which bacteria can be different. So where the data stands right now is that if you can figure out where your gut health is lacking and start to fix that and improve your gut health, you will see improvements in your mood.
