Perameter Estimates - Unbiasedness, Consistency and Efficiency
Unbiased ness is that an estimate will not have a tendency to be to the left. Consistency means that the quality of that estimate gets better and better as sample size gets bigger. An efficient estimater means that it is the one that is the best bang for your buck.
