The Better Business Act Coalition Is Seeking an Amendment to Section 172 of the Companies Act
Being a B Corp is one of the top three reasons that Gray is attracts brilliant talent into our business, particularly younger generations. We are seeking as the Better Business Act Coalition an amendment to section 172 of the Companies Act. Today, there is a fiduciary duty for a company director to put shareholder return ahead of all other areas of responsible business. And so for me, it is a brilliant asset attracting the very best talent to come and work for our business.
