How Do You Develop a Good Habit in Your Life?
If you want to develop a good habit, let's say i decide i want to start meditating. But i'm not somebody who normally meditates, but this is something i've heard is important. I want to start doing it. Where would you suggest i begin to start making that a habit in my life? Ye, it's a great question. There's a couple of good places to start. In some cases, you will know enough, and it'll be a straightforward enough goal that you can sit down and start am breaking down that goal into sort of daily components. Tha the more bite sides, the better.
