Do You Have a Crisis Box?

i find i need grounding in myself and in reality. What's important and what makes me feel safe. I have a self cared box, which i call a crisis box. In my box, i've gote a sort of compy socks,. lots of sensory items, like candles, and my favourite music. If you're feeling particularly bad and feeling things are really getting on top of you, then you can, you can go to the box for some relief - it's something to do when you're feeling well. Put that together and think, what would i need if i was finding myself spiraling? Or hearing voices or something like that would help me in that moment?
