The Importance of Language Models in Software Development
Harrison: I wouldn't be surprised if very soon we will see the first maybe research or blog posts and people experimenting with this. The problem is that these interfaces, they force us to be extremely high-perstructured which is great for many use cases. But why did you can just skip that all together? Because the way that we're now interfacing with each other, right? So literally prompt engineer like, this is how the database structure,. This is how we store the factors and the data in memory or on disk. Do your thing, right? And I really hope that that is where we can go based on these embedding based and language model based approaches.
