If you’re in a place where you’re consistently not reaching your goals, it’s time to get realistic about where you’re at energetically. Maybe you’re not doing the things to hold yourself accountable to your goals, like telling people or putting money down. Maybe you don’t have enough willpower left at the end of the day to focus on another thing and you need to prioritize self-care so that you can be the person who can achieve your goals.
