How to Get on With Your Life After a Miscarriage
My three miscarriages has spanned quite an interesting decade actually my first one was in 2014 and then I've had two more recently because there's been a lot of change in that time. When I had my first miscarriage in 2014 the landscape was very different and there wasn't a lot of social conversation about it. My reaction at that point was to numb myself and to compartmentalize it and to move on, which led to the disintegration of my marriage. It became much easier to process when I started acknowledging it and giving space to these three souls who had taught me so much about motherhood and about my own body and about life. Now I see that stone almost every day
