The Technicians Haven't Called

I was looking to see what other options with the service here. I wonder if we've been pushing in these dates without any support from knowledge. Something's a muck. Some of these technicians have a severe drug problem. There's something in their life that maybe someone's had an accident and they don't want to report it or just some sort of something foul.
