With the timing of this, i guess what's confusing about if you're checking three sets over an hour, and you have this patient that that's coming in febrile. And would you start antibiotics before that third set is drawn, or would you, would you wait till after the third set? You know, i've never thought about that, to be honesti would probably start antibiotics after you get your first two sets and then draw a little bit later day. One of the hall marks of endo cardidus as really high grade, persistent positive blood cultures, often despite, you know, a week of antibiotics.
