The Impact of Title IX on Transgenderism

The existence of Title IX will be one of the things that immensely complicates the pushback to transgenderism here in the US, as against the UK. I think it'll probably make it vastly harder because we have a kind of civil rights apparatus that is lending its weight very firmly to this cause. And actually there are slightly different positions. We don't have the kind of college sport things. But yeah, it's just a completely different structure.
