Getting Out of a Pandemic

I'm very much influenced by the work of Albert Bandura he's a social psychologist who's specialized in how people can develop agency. I really think that if people can have agency over their behavior with their devices we don't have to depend on things like digital detox or these hacks. The first stage of achieving agency is called intentionality so it means making your unconscious behaviors more conscious bringing it to your conscious awareness. During the pandemic my university offered a course in mindfulness meditation so mindfulness based stress reduction which was a great way to reduce stress. this one right here right now well I I definitely could go much longer with you there's been fantastic so far thank you so much for your time but
