I don't think there is any perfect way to achieve the kind of class composition. I would argue there are tested and better ways to do it exactly top 10% California, Michigan they've all done great. None of those other ways involved in biddies racial discrimination involved systematically downracking an entire class of people on the basis of the allegedly poor personality like that this that kind of thing so yeah I think the Harvard case is going to be substantially different.
