The Importance of Sleep Training for Babies

You need to give baby's brains the first four months to get to a point where they're even ready to have your external influence impact their sleep habits. And that happens typically by around four months. So you wouldn't want to try to, you know, they're getting their day and night sleep organized,. They're figuring out stretching out amounts of sleep. Everything is happening, but their brains are not going to be ready for anybody to sleep train them before all of those things get to apoint where they've grown.
