agile is about empowerment of the teams and being able to really have ownership of the people doing the work, right? Wake if you are asking someone to be the shop you want them to be able to do the grocery shopping as well. For this framework, i think it really lends itself well to having teams get a great understanding of what problems we're trying to solve for our customers. It's not all about, like, i want this widget to be on this page, bam, we're done. Ray.
