The Importance of Equity and Inclusion
I think it's especially powerful when you see someone doing what it is that you want to do. And so the computer became the great equalizer like, wow, with the mouse, you can do anything. So I'm trying my best to send this message out to them that you don't have to live someone else's dream. You could be a chef, you can make pottery, you could paint. You got to do something that you're really passionate about because this is what's going to get you through those dark nights.
