You Didn't Have an Easy Start
"I was a bit of a robot when I first started, no tonality, nothing. You were soft too," he says about his early days as an agent. "And then you kind of obviously learn more and more about what you're doing ... It starts to make sense." He's been mentored by Ollie Lavis; Pat Cosgrove has taught him how to be on the phone. The pair are also working with other agents who have helped them along their journey.
